Pump Enclosures
Many labs are still in violation of OSHA’s daily permissible noise level exposure guidelines. However, OMNI has developed a number of design features that work together to create an integrated pump enclosure that provides a significant decrease in the noise associated with pump operation. Our enclosures are designed to accommodate pumps from Edwards, Varian Sogevac and Pfeizzer Vacuum as well as others.
Reduce Pump Noise
The key features on our integrated mechanical pump enclosure include Sound Reduction, a Smart Cooling System, Vibration Dampening and Easy Access for pump maintenance. The features come together in a robust enclosure to make the user's lab space more comfortable while protecting and housing the vacuum pump system in a safe and cool environment to support smooth operation.
These features are a result of the dense wood core construction, Sonex® sound suppression foam paneling, an integrated fan system with supply and exhaust air and a temperature monitor and integrated anti-vibration/anti-shock mounts for vibration dampening.
Intelligent Cooling System
Our noise suppression enclosures feature an internal temperature monitor and include both supply and exhaust fans to dissipate pump heat.
We also offer an option to channel pollutant air to a central exhaust system with the addition of a hose collet.
Our enclosures are designed to accommodate pumps from Agilent, Sogevac, Edwards, Ebara, Varian, and Pfeiffer Vacuum as well as others.

OMNI Mass Spec Benches designed and manufactured in California and are made to order with quality construction and materials. Our instrument benches are constructed with fully welded steel frames on heavy duty total-lock casters offering a 1200lb weight capacity per table (evenly distributed weight). The lab grade epoxy powder coat finish on the frame matches the color on laminate storage modules within the bench. Side and bottom panels have a wipe-clean laminate surface over a durable wood core. Our work surfaces are Chemical Resistant Phenolic with a comfort beveled edge.

Benches include high quality thermoplastic rubber casters with a total-lock brake assembly. The brake locks both the rotation and swivel to immobilize the caster for fixed placement. Our injection molded rubber wheels are excellent for laboratory use as they provide excellent floor protection, are smooth rolling, non-marking, and provide shock absorption.
Instrument Bench work surfaces are 1" Chemical Resistant Phenolic with a comfort beveled edge.

Instrument Benches are at a fixed height of 37"H which provide a comfortable work surface while standing or seated at a lab stool. Custom heights are available.
