OMNI Lab Solutions (Parent Company OMNI Enclosures, Inc.) is a San Diego-based manufacturer of laboratory benches and modular office furniture. For more than three decades the company has been dedicated to designing and producing solution-driven products to service a broad spectrum of client needs.

OMNI Pacific was incorporated in 1981 by Thomas Burke. After owning a successful production kitchen cabinet manufacturing operation as well as a foray into the production of video game cabinets in the late 70’s, the birth of personal computing led Mr. Burke to the design and production of computer support furniture.

Large contracts for office furniture work surfaces led to entry in the office furniture market. Designs were developed for workstations with ergonomically unique surfaces featuring durable comfort edge. The ability to postform high pressure laminate on work surfaces and vertical faces opened the door to additional OEM opportunities for OMNI

By 1990, computerized wood panel production equipment in the industry became available in the European market, specifically Germany and Italy. Mr. Burke seized the opportunity to upgrade to one of the most sophisticated factories in Southern California. OMNI remains at the forefront of technological advancements in manufacturing equipment and processes

In 2003, OMNI was approached by bio-tech industry professionals who felt there was a significant need in the marketplace for a customizable laboratory bench to support and house equipment in mass spectrometry labs. OMNI Lab Solutions was then created as a division of OMNI Pacific.

OMNI began working with lab managers and mass spec installation personnel to identify and solve the most cogent issues facing lab managers. The result is the current line of Mass Spec Lab Tables, which is still evolving based on manufacturer and customer feedback.
